Running a 12,000 m² Class A warehouse outside Moscow: staff, WMS, KPIs, inbound, outbound, stock-takes.
Developing and adapting recipes for dried fruit, juices and canned goods to meet the needs of Russian retailers and our private-label clients.
Technical management of an assembly line (textile / furniture). Responsible for QC, equipment maintenance and timelines.
Group financial consolidation, budgeting, management reporting, working with a Big 4 auditor.
Sourcing and contracting raw material suppliers: fruit, nuts, vegetables. Direct work with farms and cooperatives.
