Careers

Work where decisions are made, not just discussed

Eurasia Holding is 1,200 people across three countries who move goods, projects and ideas between Moscow, Yerevan and Tashkent every single day. You might be the next one to join.

We grow fast, so we’re always looking for people — from warehouse specialists to CFOs of business lines. Below is why people stay with us, what we offer employees and which roles are open right now.

01 / CULTURE

How we work

A flat structure without unnecessary approvals. If you have an idea and arguments to back it, you’ll be heard at the board level. We don’t love long meetings — we love completed tasks and measurable outcomes.

  • Specific KPIs and transparent bonuses — you always know what you’re being paid for
  • Short distance: the CEO replies on Telegram, decisions get made in a day
  • International projects from day one — many of our people regularly travel between the three countries
  • Respect for family, religion and personal plans — we look at results, not hours
02 / BENEFITS

What we offer employees

Private medical insurance

Full private medical insurance including dental and critical illness cover, from day one. Family cover for key positions.

Company-sponsored learning

Professional courses, conferences, language schools, MBA programs for key specialists. Every employee has a personal development budget.

Business travel and relocation

Regular business travel between Moscow, Yerevan and Tashkent. For long-term projects — full relocation package (housing, visa, schools for children).

Internal career paths

80% of our managers grew inside the company. We look internally first and only go to the market if we don’t have the right person.

Performance bonuses

Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to financial and operational KPIs. Bonus share averages 20–40% of annual income.

Modern offices and flexible schedule

Class A offices in central Moscow, Yerevan and Tashkent. For most roles — flexible hours and 1–2 remote days per week.
