Eurasia Holding was founded in 2014 as a trading company in Yerevan. Over ten years we grew from a small office into an international group with offices in Moscow, Yerevan and Tashkent, and our own manufacturing and warehousing sites across the three countries.

Yerevan is where the holding is managed and legally domiciled. Armenia gives us the benefits of EAEU membership — transparent customs, no sanctions exposure, and a convenient transit hub for re-export to Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Our agricultural and assembly sites are based in Tashkent, Samarkand and Fergana. A skilled workforce, low unit costs and proximity to raw materials make Uzbekistan an ideal place to manufacture quality, export-ready goods.
